During this initial call, we’ll discuss:

This is a no-pressure, friendly conversation designed to help you gain clarity and confidence before moving forward. If we’re aligned and ready to take the next step, we’ll schedule a site survey where we assess the existing conditions, take measurements, photos, and gather the details we need to begin shaping your project.
Design Consultation
Not every project requires a full-service design package — sometimes, you just need a bit of expert guidance to move forward with confidence. Our Design Consultation service is perfect for homeowners who want professional insight without committing to a full remodel or design engagement.
We offer a focused 4-hour, on-site consultation, where we walk through your space together, discuss your goals, and explore design ideas in real time. During this session, we conduct a live design charrette. A design charrette is a collaborative and creative process where we sketch, brainstorm, and refine concepts on the spot. By the end of the consultation, you’ll have:
- Tailored design recommendations
- Furniture layout suggestions
- Color palette and material ideas
- Styling tips and product insights
- Next steps for bringing your vision to life
- Design mood board
This service is ideal for clients who need direction, clarity, or a creative jumpstart.
$550 + TAX
The design consultation fee may be credited toward a full design service package if you choose to move forward with a larger project. Credit is applicable within 30 days of the consultation and is subject to the scope and terms of the agreed-upon service package.
Full Service Designer Package
Our Full-Service Designer Package is a comprehensive, start-to-finish solution for clients seeking a seamless design and renovation experience. From initial concept to final reveal, we handle every detail—so you can focus on enjoying the transformation of your space.
This package includes:
- Space planning & proposed design options – We provide three thoughtfully developed layout options, each tailored to your space and needs. This stage also allows us to guide you in aligning the design direction with your overall budget.
- 3D Renderings – Visualize your space with lifelike renderings that bring your design to life before construction begins.
- Material & Finishes Board – A curated selection of finishes, fixtures, and materials tailored to your style and functional needs.
- Technical Drawings – Precise construction documents and floor plans that guide contractors and ensure design accuracy.
- Project Management – We coordinate with contractors, vendors, and trades to oversee schedules, quality control, and problem-solving in real time. By managing communication and workflow on your behalf, we minimize delays and unexpected issues. This helps keep the project aligned with the design vision, timeline, and budget. With our attentive oversight, you can have peace of mind knowing every detail is being handled with expertise and care until your space is completed to the highest standards.
